CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read carefully the hotel policy before completing your reservation:

• Cancellations or changes made at least 14 days before the arrival date will not be charged (the deposit is refunded).
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit amount is non-refundable.
• In case of early departure or no-show, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
• The above does not apply to “non-refundable rate” bookings, where 100% of the room rate is paid in advance and no modification or cancellation is possible.
• According to Article 30 of Law 5073/2023, Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 has been replaced and a “resilience fee” is imposed (instead of the previous accommodation tax).
